Esyndicat is one of the best directory scripts around & comparable with PhpLD. I am really impressed with some of the mods & excellent features that Esyndicat has come up up with their release of v2.2RC. I decided to give this version a try for one of my domain.

Esyndicat came up with a new feature (which is really good for restricting forum access for security) that the forum user to be activated for the PRO forum access (where all the plugins for the new version can be found). I opened had a support ticket so that my forum access gets activated & also sent in a pm to Simon (Esyndicat Admin) to activate my access. I was actually planning to finish up work on this directory over the weekend. Then 24 hours passed away & I was still waiting for the forum access to be activated.  Also had some really tough time with the bugs in the script.

Finally opened a thread at Esyndicat forums explaining what is happening with the list of bugs, Only to be surprised to learn that support team is on a Weekend Holiday. So now 36 hours have already passed by & I am still waiting for the forum access & some bugs to be solved when the support techs come back.

Well I am not really frustrated, But angry as this is not a professional way of handing your clients & work could have had been delegated. Please post in your experiences with Esyndicat.
